2322 - Uview

The Model UView is an integrated ultra-violet laser light monitor designed to measure pulsed or CW sources in the UV wavelength range from <157 to 390 nm. It is the first UV array sensor to have a guaranteed ±3% spatial uniformity with a resolution of 60 µm including the sensor contributions.
