Home : News BVS Awarded Multiple Contracts for North American 2.5-2.7 GHz WiMAX Deployment A major North American WiMAX carrier has selected BVS as the 4G WiMAX hardware supplier for the aggressive 4G build-out taking place in the U.S.. The contracts combined represent more than (100) instruments comprised of Gator™ 2.5 GHz WiMAX stimulus transmitters and Coyote™ dual-band modular receivers. The initial contracts solidify BVS’ commitment to the explosive WiMAX growth that is taking place globally. “We are excited to have received these initial orders and have has significanlty increased production efforts to meet the industry’s demand”, said Scott Schober, President & CEO of BVS.
