Home : News FEASA LED ANALYSER - Update V.18 Feasa Enterprises LTD (Feasa) is excited to announce some details of our latest and greatest LED Analyser. The newest release, Version 18, has several customer driven enhancements and features that will give us more tests, more accuracy and more then doubles the LED Analyser’s speed. First, Let’s check out some of the new Enhancements… * White Color Measurements - Driven by the growing challenges from the Automotive industry, mainly with applications in tail “Reverse” lighting, the LED Analyzer now provides a greater improved ability to measure white LEDs. * Saturation (HSI) Measurements - Adding the ability to measurement purity, is a new function that provides a single value measurement for the whiteness of a LED. Great for functional test applications in automotive applications. Now, Let’s see the Features and Functions that were added…… * New I/O Functionality - The LED Analyzer provides 8 digital I/O lines. Customers can therefore interface with external hardware without the use of special I/O Cards. This saves you time, money and space! * More Speed! - Added speed in communications was something we felt important to address to to help streamline the test times. Using a single command the LED Analyzer can now operate up to 115,200 band. Uploading data in half the time. * Remote Capture - This feature we can see advantages where handle handing is needed to help automate the testing of your product. The LED Analyser allows the data capture to be synchronized with an external event such as a ‘display switching on’. *Ability to XY Chromaticity and Wavelength - You asked us to add wavelength measurements and we answered by adding both; XY Chromaticity and Wavelength, to the RGB and Hue measurements we already were able to perform. The LED Analyzer can now express LED Color in terms of either XY chromaticity coordinates for white LEDs and dominant wavelength for standard LEDs. * Extended Range - The spectrum of different intensities that our industry faces is growing and you needed a “off the shelf” unit that could address this need. The LED Analyzer now includes a command that extends the range of measurements to Low Intensity values. Therefore a high brightness LED Analyzer can also cover the standard LED Analyzer measurement range. * Custom Capture - For the test engineer that really needs control of image that you are analyzing. The feature of advance functionality allows the user to control all measurement functions; Gain, Exposure, and ADC Reference.
