Endeas Oy

The first Quicksun simulators were developed and delivered to in-house clients in a national energy company in Finland. In 1995 the simulator was exhibited publicly and immediately a US company ordered one system. This success encouraged for further development and marketing and the system was regularly exhibited in the following PV conferences.

  • Cell Solar Simulator

    QuickSun® 130E - Endeas Oy

QuickSun 130E exceeds the ordinary Class A criterions of IEC904-9 ed. 2 with clear margin providing enhanced IV characteristics accuracy. The applicable test methods and procedures are inspected by SGS Fimko Ltd in order to guarantee the compliance and traceability not only with the above standard but also with IEC904-1 ed. 2 which specifies the IV measurement conditions.

  • Module Solar Simulators

    QuickSun® 800-Series - Endeas Oy

800-Series simulators are always tested, certified and results reported exactly as specified in the applicable solar simulator standards and this is being proved by a globally recognized inspection body, SGS Fimko Ltd.

  • Module Testing Station

    QuickSun® 550CE - Endeas Oy

QuickSun 550CE is certified by TÜV Rheinland and a detailed test report is included with every simulator proving Class A+A+A+ performance with respect to spectrum, irradiance non-uniformity and short term instability (STI). Long term instability (LTI) is also within Class A+ tolerances during the 40 ms long flash pulse. IV characteristics are recorded with an electronic load and proprietary electronics unit which measures voltage, current and irradiance signals when module is swept e.g. from short circuit to open circuit or vice versa.

  • Versatile quality control testing system

    QuickSun® 550Ei - Endeas Oy

QuickSun 550Ei is a versatile testing system for qualifying of PV modules with dimensions up to 105 x 205 cm2. Basic set up includes a top class solar simulator which measures modules in sunny side up position enabling e.g. soiling simulations. Several additional measurement methods can be integrated to the same system including high resolution EL imaging with analysis software from one of the most recognized EL system suppliers. Also hot spot revealing IR images can be recorded by applying either forward or reverse bias current, and true nA scale leakage current measurements can be performed with sensitive enough instruments.
