Drive-In Chambers
-
Environmental testing of automobiles requires additional consideration of the facility where the chamber will be installed, and its planned use. Test methods for vehicles can include additional conditions besides temperature and humidity in an attempt to simulate real-world conditions.
-
Product
Platinous Chambers
-
A leading series of high-performance environmental test chambers designed to simulate precise temperature and humidity conditions for product reliability, quality assurance, and stress testing.
-
Product
Qualmark's HALT Chambers
-
Specialized machines that combine rapid, extreme temperature changes with multi-axis, repetitive shock/vibration to find product design flaws and weaknesses in hours.

Anaerobic (Inert) Ovens
-
The IPH models are hermetically sealed ovens, allowing them to be filled with non-oxidizing gas such as carbon dioxide or nitrogen for anaerobic heat treatment or temperature-characteristics testing.

Walk-In Test Chambers
-
Standard and custom walk-in test chambers deliver the temperature or humidity testing performance you need.

Standard Industrial Ovens
-
ESPEC offers two types of standard models: the space-saving PV vertical ovens and the PH horizontal ovens. Both provide horizontal airflow for even exposure to all samples. Control constancy as low as ±0.1°C and uniformity as low as ±0.5°C ensures accurate operation. An exhaust damper is included to ventilate the oven and allow quick cool-down.

Benchtop Chambers
SU/SH Series
-
Are you looking for the smallest chambers possible to get your testing done? Still need all the capabilities of larger chambers, though? This is the model series for you! Available in two sizes, the smaller models are the smallest humidity chambers in the world!

TSA Thermal Shock Chambers
-
Traditional three-zone thermal shock chambers can be quite large, as three separate chambers are used. The TSA series has just one chamber, substantially reducing its size. Instead, it circulates cold, hot, or ambient air as needed. The conditioned air is pre-cooled or pre-heated beyond the setpoint, allowing quicker recovery of the desired condition after transfer.

AGREE Chambers
-
For years AGREE chambers have been the workhorses of the environmental test chamber industry. Originally created to meet military test standards, their flexible design has made them suitable for a wide variety of applications. Fast temperature changes of 5 to 25°C/m. are possible, even with significant loads. The chambers have a removable floor, allowing integration with vibration test systems. Custom designs are common, allowing configuration to meet your exact requirements.

Highly Accelerated Stress Test Chambers
HAST
-
Our HAST systems have a modern design that's easier to use: Automatic humidity filling; Automatic door lock; A more square workspace; allowing more product to be loaded;Convenient, hermetic power-pin system for bias testing. We are now able to offer a hermetic port system to allow special signal lines like coax or fiberoptics to be run into the chamber.

Liquid-To-Liquid Thermal Shock Chambers
-
Purchasing a liquid thermal shock chamber needs close consideration of the long term operating costs. The specialized liquids used can easily evaporate, causing the loss of thousands of dollars of fluid per year, if not properly contained. Liquid-to-liquid thermal shock testing is typically conducted to apply very strong, repetitive thermal stress to test pieces. It can model a product's ability to withstand thermally-induced size changes, crack resistance, hermetic integrity, and changes in electrical properties. This form of testing provides a very rapid temperature shock recovery of conditions, and it can significantly reduce testing time by requiring shorter soaks and less cycles.
